Kaushic joins Masstech with over 30 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, most recently as the general manager for media & entertainment for India and South Asia at IBM India Pvt Ltd. While there, he was a key member in assisting LTFS research team on M&E industry and was first in India to implement a LTFS-based media archival solution with a leading broadcaster. With a keen eye for trends and sharp insight to help businesses align their needs with the best-fit solution, Kaushic has helped both his company and its customers attain a win-win situation throughout his career.
