Joseph H. French

Mr. French joined Masstech Group in 2002 with over 20 years of achievements in management and new development for the broadcast communications market. He served in key management roles at Encoda Systems and Dynatech Video Group. He was involved in building some of the earliest all-digital, fully automated, multi-channel broadcast systems. Mr. French earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and completed his Master’s degree coursework in Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Doug Hinahara

Mr. Hinahara joined Masstech Group in April 2002, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Product Management, Sales and Marketing. He has worked for a number of leading manufacturers including Dynatech Video Group, Quantel, Scitex Digital Video, Chyron, Louth Automation and Harris. A common thread from the beginning of his career has been an almost exclusive engagement with software-based solutions. Mr. Hinahara attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison and graduated with academic honors from the Madison Area Technical College in Electronics Engineering Technology.

Brad Redwood

Mr. Redwood joined Masstech Group in 2004 from Techtel Pty Ltd of Australia, a leading supplier of broadcast solutions in Australasia. He has held a variety of key television operational and managerial positions over his 20 year career, including the Director of Operations at Network TEN in Australia. He began his broadcast carrier as a trainee with the National NINE Network in Australia studying electronics and communications and achieving promotion to senior management positions.

 

Vice President Engineering

Bogdan Moldovean

Bogdan Moldovean is Vice President of Engineering for Masstech’s complete digital workflow product line and is charged with leading the company’s research and development initiatives to provide broadcasters the most robust, reliable and cost-effective workflow solutions. He directs Masstech’s technology evolution and the development of new products with a particular focus on delivering cost-effective management of media content and providing operational efficiency. Mr. Moldovean has led Masstech’s groundbreaking transcoding team for the last eight years and recently had taken over the development of expanding interfacing features with external applications.

Michael Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe joined Masstech Group in April 2011. He is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, business valuation and accounting, working primarily with mid-market companies. Prior to joining Masstech, he worked at several prominent private equity firms and two international accounting firms. Mr. Wolfe is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and has a Master of Business Administration degree.
