Scott Colbran (Chair)
Mr. Colbran is a veteran of the broadcast industry with more than 30 years
of experience with leading media outlets. Mr. Colbran served as president
and CEO of Look Communications, and earlier was President and COO of Rogers
Cablesystems Ltd., Canada’s largest cable television company. At
Maclean Hunter Limited, he was President of the company’s cable TV
division. Mr. Colbran’s industry affiliations include roles as Director
of the Canadian Cable Television Association (CCTA), the Advanced Broadcasting
Systems of Canada (ABSOC), Cable in the Classroom, and the Canadian Cable
Television Standards Foundation.

Lim
Currently serving on the board of directors for International Datacasting Corp.,
LOTEK Group Inc., and Aeroinfo Systems Inc. Mr. Lim has held a number of prestigious
positions in the investment industry and most recently was the Managing Director
of BMO Capital Corporation, specializing in investment in high-growth software
and tele-communications companies. Mr. Lim started his banking career in 1981
as a financial futures dealer for an investment house in Singapore. In 1987,
he joined the Business Development Bank of Canada, and then in 1996 helped establish
the Bank of Montreal Capital Corporation.

Philip
R. Reddon
Mr. Reddon joined Covington Capital Corporation in 2002 in the role of
Vice President for Investments, taking on responsibility for the analysis
of new investment opportunities and management and monitoring of the fund’s
existing investments. Prior to Covington, Mr. Reddon was with the Bank
of Montreal Capital Corporation. Mr. Reddon began his career in banking
at the Business Development Bank of Canada.

Patrick
A. Ryan, C.A.
Mr. Ryan has in excess of 32 years experience in providing a wide spectrum of
professional services and business advice to public companies in various industries
and most recently a partner of the chartered accounting form of KPMG. Mr. Ryan
was lead partner for a number of high profile public companies and have extensive
experience working with management, investment bankers and legal counsels. He
was a marketing partner of KPMG as well as a memberof the board of directors
and also served as past vice chairman of Ontario Place.

Stuart Lyon Smith
Dr. Smith, currently Chairman of the Board of Ensyn Technologies
Inc, has held a variety of leadership positions in the fields
of medicine, politics, science policy, and environmental
business. Stuart was founder of Philip Utilities Management
Corporation and RockCliffe Research and Technology Inc.,
and over his career has served as a Professor at McMaster
University Medical School, Chairman of the Science Council
of Canada, and Chairman of the National Round Table on the
Environment and the Economy. |

Bob McLaughlin
Prior to joining BMO Capital Corporation in 1997, Bob held a number of senior positions in his 27 year career within BMO Bank of Montreal Financial Group. He serves on the Boards off several private companies, and holds an MBA from University of Western Ontario. |

Sudy Shen, P.Eng. (President and CEO)
Mr. Shen's leadership of Masstech Group is built on nearly 30 years
of experience within the broadcast industry. Prior to joining Masstech
Group, Mr. Shen. was president and CEO of Acura Technology group,
through which he built two wholly owned subsidiaries to serve
systems integration and the desktop and multimedia sectors. In the
early 1980s with McCurdy Radio Industries Ltd. and Century Video
Ltd. He worked at developing digital communications and data
transmission systems for the television industry and in pioneering
facility automation hardware and software systems. Mr. Shen earned
his bachelor's of engineering degree from Concordia University in
Montreal.

Valerie Scott*
Valerie Scott has over 20 years experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments with a number of institutions. Currently, as a Managing Director at Roynat Capital Inc., Valerie is actively involved in initiating, structuring and closing investments in the Ventures Group. Post-closing she works to add-value to the investment to ensure a successful exit both as a director and a shareholder. Prior to joining Roynat Capital, Valerie was a partner at Calcap Merchant Bank, a private equity firm and Vice President and Team Leader at Working Ventures Canadian Fund Inc. In addition to her direct investment experience, Valerie worked at Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group. She is currently or has been a Director on both public and private Board of Directors including Pineridge Foods, Inc., Indigo, Books and Music and Exal Aluminum Ltd. |
